If your order is nevertheless not completely satisfied, you can return the product stating the reasons for fourteen days. (Only in original condition)
This period commences on the day following receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer. Sending back your package at his own expense and is not paid by us. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

I'm very happy with the V1100 racket, before I always played with control rackets with lower balance. But because I'm an offensive player who likes to smash I was looking for a top heavy racket. The V1100 really fulfills my expectation and the smashes are great. I have the racket 7 days and played 6-7 times already and it was very easy to learn to play with it. Only the first match was a bit getting used to, the second match I already was used to it.
Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and I hope the racket will last long. It's a top heavy power racket yet it's still a very light racket.
